职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Cooperate with new project and industry team in new project localize and SOP project’s continuous improvement.
参与新项目开发，支持工业工程部门对SOP项目的新工艺、新设备、新工装、新模具的开发与定制。
Interface with new project team, support new project development.
作为工厂制造方协调人，支持新项目前期开发。
Participate in equipment selection and some equipment design of new projects.
参与新项目的设备选用、部分工装设计；
Support new project tooling validation, layout design;
支持新项目工装的验证，设计平面布置图；
New project’s PFD, PFMEA and development of WI.
新项目的PFD、PFMEA、WI操作指导书的制作；
Responsible for the new employee’s training and evaluation of new project;
负责新项目员工的操作培训、考核；
Interface with project teams in China.
作为工厂和意大利项目的对口负责人协助新项目。
New process study, introduce and optimization
新生产工艺的研究，导入及优化。

2.Work with quality team focust on quality improve and satisfy customer requirement.
支持质量部门一起进行质量改善，提高客户满意度。
Collaborate with Quality team to continuous improve production process through process optimization and root cause analysis.
通过过程优化和原因分析，和质量部门一起持续改进生产工艺。
To be responsible for production process Poka-Yoke development and improvement.
负责生产工艺的Poka-Yoke防错研究及改善。
To establish and update quality risk in process documents and support Work Station Qualification activity.
评估并更新目前文件体系中影响质量的部分，支持公司WSQ的活动。
Quick response on shop floor quality issue support.
生产现场质量问题快速响应

3.In plant level support manufacturing team fulfill the documentation requirement, such as Process flow chart, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
支持工厂层面所有工艺等相关文件的编写、更新与管理，比如流程图、FMEA和控制计划等。
Develop and update process documents and working instruction, flow chart, PFMEA etc. according to new quirement, the consistency between each level documents is mandatory.
编制产品生产工艺，制定工艺标准，流程图，PFMEA等，并根据需求及时更新，各层级文件之间的一致性是必须的；
Workout the temporary WI and rework WI when necessary.
必要时制作临时工艺规范，返工作业指导书。
Support on LPA and all audit documents check and confirm, update.
支持LPA和各层次审核对文件的检查、确认和更新。

4.On-site technical support to ensure production smoothly running.
支持现场的生产工艺，确保生产顺利进行。
Support all the improvement coming from audit or KPI improvement.
推进各类内外评审中发现的不合格项目的改进和相关KPI指标的提升。
Process capability study and improvement.
过程能力研究并持续改进。
Responsible for work floor layout and line design.
负责车间工艺布局及工位布置；
Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement activity for product and manufacturing process to meet quality, manufacturing efficiency.
降低产品制造过程中的生产成本，并保持持续改进，以满足产品质量和效率要求
Provide technical support for daily production of every production departments (analyzes the reasons of problems, and find out the solution);
为日常生产各部提供技术支持（分析问题原因，找出解决措施）；

5.Continuous Improvement and support Lean & WCM activity
持续改进并支持LEAN的各种活动。
Support plant LEAN&WCM improve activities, collect and realize line improvements.
协助工厂WCM完成工厂CI工作，收集和实施现场改进

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering /Mechanics/Materials
本科及以上学历，工程类、机械类或材料类专业
2.At least 3 years automotive area experience, or familiar with Man, machine, material, method and environment management, good at 8D problem solving method.
汽车行业工作经验，熟悉人机料法环或8D的问题分析法。
3.TS16949 or IATF16949 knowledge is mandatory.
基本的TS16949知识是强制要求。
4.Fluent oral English and also good at written.
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
良好的人际沟通能力，团队协作。
6.Can work under pressure
良好的抗压能力。
7.Overtime and weekend assignments necessary
能接受必要的加班。
8.Able to endure hardship, have good operational ability, love study and be good at sum up experience.
能吃苦，动手能力强，好学，善于总结经验。
9.Basic knowledge of lean production.
具备精益生产概念。
10.Familiar with APQA, PPAP, FMEA.
熟悉APQP、PPAP、FEMA等工具。
11.Has a good command of MS.Office, ERP system and AutoCAD.
熟练运用MS office，ERP和AutoCAD制图软件。
12.Auto filter area is a plus.
