职位描述：
岗位职责
1、在公司提供房源信息情况下，以较强谈判技巧按公司要求谈价并拿下房源；
2、收集房源信息，并与中介、物业等相关公司保持良好业务关系；
3、开辟和维护各种有效销售渠道，提高拿房效率；
4、拜访客户，介绍公司业务，预约客户面谈，快速开发包租房源；
5、实地看房，并根据公司房源评估标准确定目标房源是否符合公司开发标准；
6、收集反馈市场信息，对工作提出合理化建议。
岗位要求
1、一年以上租房/公寓租房业务的拿房工作经验，丰富的松散式公寓拿房经验和资源；
2、沟通谈价能力强，处事灵活；
3、抗压力强，结果导向，愿意迎接挑战，吃苦耐劳。 举报 分享
