职位描述：
The Supplier Quality Engineer will provide technical support in new product design existing products and production technique improvements. This position will execute product quality assurance activities including but not limited to effective implementation of quality management system, product review, manufacturing quality and process improvement to improve product quality and improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Develop new product together with our vendors, sourcing team and QA team
? Existing products and production technique improvements.
? Owns the production responsibility. The SQE is involved in project startup and assumes responsibility once product and supplier has been detailed by Product Development Manager.
? Responsible for conducting factory evaluation on factory manufacturing process, quality control process and product development process
? Work with PDM to develop test protocol to ensure product meet internal/external standards.
? Work with PDM to review, improve and approve sample.
? Develop Product master information in detail, such as material, manufacturing processes, dimension, hardness, construction, quality history etc.
? Follow up claims and complains with root cause analysis and in addition analyze QC reports and conduct root cause analysis on defect
? Constantly work together with suppliers to ensure continuous quality improvement。
? Ability to work closely and bridge with others teams, such as, test team, Globe sourcing team and vendor manage team
? Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with strong organizational ability.
? Ensure quality procedures are fully understood and implemented by suppliers
? Evaluate new products to ensure that they comply with defined legal, safety and quality requirements; develop new products in conjunction with various entities, ie, sourcing team, testing team
Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
? Minimum of 5 years of related experience
? Familiar with product development with solid experience on product design quality assurance, design for manufacturing, key product/process characteristics
? Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
? Ability to work under pressure
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
? Good understanding of manufacturing Quality processes
? Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin
? Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint 举报 分享
