职位描述：
岗位名称:质量工程师
1、 根据德国母公司的质量计划，建立，完善，应用和维护本土化的质量计划；
2、 负责日常入库物资，产成品和工序流程的质量检查；
3、 根据生产中的缺陷,顾客抱怨信息,对产品和工艺作持续改进；
4、 负责质量文书的准备，检查，发布和升级；
5、 引导必要的质量培训；
6、 跨部门的解决问题；
7、 确保质量体系的实施始终贯彻公司EHS的理念，远离环境污染；
8、 生产经理交代的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、 大学以上学历，机械或电机工程专业；
2、 2年以上制造业相关质量控制经验，有传感器和自动化行业质检经验者优先；
3、 良好的中文和英文能力；
4、 独立的处事和抗压能力；
5、 客户至上，有团队合作精神；
6、 电脑操作熟练。


   Job category:Quality Engineer
1、 Establish, develop, apply, and maintain a local quality program in accordance with Germany parent company’s quality program;
2、Be responsibility for daily incoming inspection, different products and processes quality
   Inspection;
  3、Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint, make a continual improvement
     plan and action Implemented;
 4、Responsible for the quality of document preparation, review, distribution and upgrades;
 5、To conduct training regarding quality if needed;
 6、Cross-functional team leader to solve the problem;
 7、To ensure implementation in accordance with the company’s EHS requirements, and to
ensure the safety of product testing and the keep environment away from pollution;
 8、Other tasks assigned by Production Manager.


Job requirement:
1、Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
  2、2 years of working experience on quality function in manufacturing industry, working
in sensor and automation several years is plus;
3、Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;
  4、Ability to work independently and work under pressure;
5、Customer oriented，and Team player;
