工作职责
Job Description：
1. Expatriate working visa management and coordination with service providers, ensure the compliance with company and government policies
2. Responsible for Expatriates’ on boarding process, such as airport pickup, hotel arrangement, health check reservation, temporary residence registration
3. Training planning and carrying out, responsible for foreign employees orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
4. Assist in company culture build up and employee benefits: holiday/birthday/work anniversary card and presents, support employee activity like team building/outing/workshop/annual party
5. Responsible for HR public wechat account updating
6. Time management, Non-Fixed Working Time Management, annual application and maintain
7. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

1. 负责外籍人员工作签证的办理，材料收集及审核，及时跟新相关法律法规
2. 负责外籍员工入职事宜（如接机，酒店，体检的安排，临时住宿证明的办理等）
3. 集团培训计划的实施及跟踪，外籍员工入职培训
4. 协助公司文化的建立，内部员工活动的组织与协调
5. HR微信公众号的定期更新
6. 员工休假记录的统计与监督
7. 人事经理指定的其他工作


任职资格
Requirments:
1. Bachelor degree, major in human resources or English is preferred;
2. Around 1 year experience in handling expatiates’ issues in multinational company is a plus.
3. Fluent in oral & written English.
4. Good computer skill in Word/Excel/Power Point etc;
3. Good communication skills, detail oriented, quick-learner, positive attitude, can work under some pressure;

1. 本科学历，人力资源专业或英语专业的优先考虑
2. 一年以上工作经验，有人资方面从事外事工作经验的优先考虑
3. 良好的英语口语及书写能力
4. 精通Word/Excel/Power Point等工作软件
