职位描述：
Job Duties
·Working under the responsibility of the art director，or work independently on projects to design websites, banners, apps and print across their digital client base
·Design all secondary templates of a website, respecting the Visual identity created by Art director
·Support the creative team when required throughout the concept development stage of projects
·UX design
 
Job Qualifications
·The ideal candidate would have a 1 year or 2 years experiences web design experience in a web/creative/digital agency or within the creative team of a company
·Designing mostly for web, apps, and banners, and occasionally print
·Good technical and digital best practice knowledge
·Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must have. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
·English basic written and verbal communication skills
·Responsive web design is a plus
·Keen interest in digital innovations
·Needs to have energy, commitment and drive
·Able to work on multiple projects
·Methodical approach to design tasks
·Excellent attention-to-detail
·Personable and ability to work well with others and establish excellent relationships with project managers and internal teams
·Have interest both in western and Chinese culture style

工作职责
·在设计总监的指导下，独立完成网站、广告横幅、手机应用程序的设计工作，根据客户需要完成少量印刷设计
·按照艺术总监的视觉设计，设计网站二级框架
·协助团队完成项目在不同阶段的设计需要
·UX设计
 
职位要求
·至少1-2年在网站设计/创意/数字公司或公司创意设计团队的相关设计经验
·相关网站、广告横幅、手机应用程序的设计经验，有印刷经验优先考虑
·熟悉网站开发以及数字领域，并有相关实践经验
·精通Adobe Photoshop（必备条件），精通Adobe Illustrator优先考虑
·基本英文听说读写能力
·响应式网站设计经验优先考虑
·对数字领域感兴趣，充满热情
·主动有活力
·具备同时处理多个项目的能力
·较强的设计逻辑性
·注重细节
·良好的对外对内交际沟通能力
