1. Receives and reviews all applications. 收集并阅读所有简历；
2. Shortlists candidates based on position specifications. 根据职位的要求，对简历进行初步筛选。
3. Takes initial interview and recommends potential candidates to operating department. 进行初次面谈并向业务部门荐合适人选。
4. Contacts and negotiates with local occupation center to recruit temporary staff. 与职业介绍中心联系招聘临时工；
5. Responsible for the daily management of temporary staff, such as termination, exchange and contract renewal etc. 负责临时工的日常管理，如退、换以及合同续签。
? Labor Contract Administration;劳动合同相关事宜
Qualifications任职资格:
? College graduates; 大学毕业；
? Minimum 2 year’s experience; 最少具备2年工作经验。
