职位描述：
1、Responsible for the whole process of the sourcing of garment to achieve the best quality and prices for the company
2、Provide a clear communication and good services to customer, build and develop working relationship with various customers
3、Co-ordination between customers, different internal departments and suppliers
4、Lead the team in product development, sample fitting, order follow-up to ensure on-time delivery;Delegate functions and motivate team members for efficient and effective execution of daily operation
5、Provide necessary support for team members, help them to solve problems occurred in their daily operation
6、Follow the company's strategies, assist the General Manager to meet financial target of the office
7、Responsible for team building, coach the subordinates in their daily work
8、Treat and make performance evaluation for all subordinates fairly


Job Requirements：
1、University degree (preferable garment technology or related degree)
2、Experienced individual with excellent communication skills， above 10 years related experience, in which more than 5 years as a Manager
3、Strong administrative and organizational skills
4、Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely
5、Sound knowledge on garment technology
6、Good leading and coaching skills
