Design & develop
automotive body electronic hardware modules;
设计研发车身电子硬件模块。
Lead a HW team with
multi products development car access and connectivity;
领导一个负责多个车辆进入及互联产品硬件开发的团队
Involved in Developing
system and hardware architecture with new development
standards and design guidelines;
参与研发基于新产品的开发标准和设计准则的新系统及硬件架构;
Involved in Review electronic
circuit include schematic and analysis, calculation and simulation result;
参与审核电路原理图及电路分析,计算和仿真结果;
Involved in Review
HW parts selection result in project;
参与审核项目硬件元器件选型结果;
Review HW related
documents per hardware development process (like BOM, circuit diagram, PCB
layout, WCCPA, FMEA, simulation)
根据硬件开发流程,在不同的阶段审核相应的硬件文档(例如:BOM,电路图,PCB设计,WCCPA,FMEA,仿真等);
Review and control HW
development resource, schedule and cost in team;
审核并控制团队中所有硬件开发项目的人员,进度及成本;
Team competence and
performance management, enhance team members’ communication and cooperation;
团队竞争力及绩效管理,增进团队成员沟通与合作;
Build up excellent
team culture, Guide team members on the way of working and way of thinking;
建设优秀的团队文化,在工作方法及工作态度上积极引导团队成员;
Support manager
participating Technical Center product development strategy definition,
especially regarding the car access and connectivity related products;
支持部门经理参与定义研发中心产品开发策略,尤其汽车门禁和互联相关的产品;
Regular exchange
with other hardware development centers to support a global organizational
structure.
与全球组织架构中的其他研发中心维持日常交流。

Necessary requirements 任职资格
Excellent understand and experienced with hardware
development process;
能够非常好的理解硬件开发流程,具有丰富的相关经验;
Strong background & knowledge on electronic engineering, especially on LF(125kHz)&RF(315/434MHz)
design, optimization, simulation and measurement, advanced automotive
background is needed, standalone working sprit from beginning requirements to
end customer return analysis (whole products life cycle).
在电子工程领域,尤其在低频(125kHz)和射频(315/434MHz)模块设计,优化,仿真以及测试领域具有坚实的知识,具有扎实的汽车行业知识,能够独立完成整个产品周期中从制定要求到分析客户反馈的工作;
Master to use HW development & simulation tools, such as
Cadence, MathCAD, ICAPS, Smith Chart, Maxwell, Empire,
CANoe, oscilloscope, RF signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer,
LCR-meter etc.
精通硬件开发和仿真工具的使用,比如Cadence,MathCAD,ICAPS,Smith Chart, Maxwell, Empire, CANoe, 示波器,射频信号发生器,频谱分析仪,网络分析仪, LCR测试仪等。
Bachelor with more than 10 years’ experience or above with
more than 8 years’ experience, At least 5 years’ automotive electronics
experience, majored in electronic engineering or related;
本科须具有10年以上工作经验,硕士及以上须具有8年以上工作经验,汽车电子行业5年以上工作经验,毕业于电子工程相关专业;
At least 2 Years
team management experience.
两年以上团队管理经验;
Excellent communication
skill, capability to coordinate development activities of each location,
具有优秀的沟通技巧,能够在开发工作中与各个团队进行协调;
Fluent in English, CAPE , Car remote Key system and HW experience
preferred;
英语流利;具有无钥匙进入,遥控钥匙模块系统及硬件开发相关经验者优先。
Experience on other wireless communication technology is preferred,
such as BTLE, NFC, 4G/5G, WiFi, WPC, UWB etc.;
具有其他无线通讯技术相关经验者优先,例如蓝牙,近场通讯,第四/第五代无线通讯网络,无线局域网,无线充电技术,超宽带通讯技术等。
