职位描述：
MAJOR DUTIES:
? Work independently with little supervision. Perform basic and intermediate tasks to aid in the on-going support of technology assets in the enterprise, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and IT-relative support with international peers and outsourced partners.
? Possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by customers. Assist with end-user questions, problems, communication and training. Install common and standard software and hardware peripherals. Configure third-party and site-specific applications.
? Assist global IT team to deploy, manage and maintain network infrastructure to support Manufacturing, which includes WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, phone system, video-conferencing and network security. Work closely with business team to collect requirements and provide solutions for Mechanical Engineering team, help them to do process improvement based on MES system, PLC and Pi Servers.
? Professional Project management experience. Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records to information technology standards.
? Administer the company’s security system and ensure existing and new technology meets security standards and ensure all security related technical and process controls are operating as expected.
? Observe all workplace safety and security requirements, realize potential known-risks in advance, and initiatively provide professional advice to local business team.
? Facilitate on-site technical support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and process control shop floor systems (DCS, PLCs, etc.)
? Provide general IT technical support to manufacturing operations including process control, plant floor and back-office personnel throughout the facility.
? Advanced experience in configuring and troubleshooting personal computers and RF devices including all aspects of hardware and software support in a multi-operating system environment is a must.
? Ability and willingness to work in a complex and dangerous manufacturing environment. Must be able to work and function on a high availability team in a 24x7 on-call rotation and respond within thirty minutes.



 EDUCATION:
? BA Degree (required) and above (preferred) in computer science, Information Systems or other IT-related field of study.
? CET 4 or above required
WORK EXPERIENCE:
? At least 5 years’ experience supporting networked PCs, printers, desktop applications in a global company environment.
? Experience in a 24x7x365 heavy manufacturing, technology-critical environment is preferred.
? More than 3 years’ project management experience.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
? Experience with standard software applications including MS Office 365, Windows OSX, Windows Servers, VDI, Mobile devices and so on.
? Working knowledge of Cisco network devices/Riverbed/Solar wind/Palo Alto Networks/Avaya Gateway/Cisco PBX/Microsoft PBX
? Familiar with Service-Now to manage and document incident/problem resolution, Change management, Project management and so on.
? Telephone and remote infrastructure support for end-users in travel/at home/in remote offices.
? General IT Security exposure/knowledge
? ITIL knowledge/experience
? MES basic knowledge (Nice to have)
? Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
