岗位职责
1. 负责行政相关制度的制订、修改、优化,完善和细化办公管理体系和业务流程;
2. 负责公司固定资产的管理工作(采购管理、盘点管理);
3. 负责每月行政办公费用的管理及控制,物业、绿化快递等协调工作;
4. 负责公司各种合同的管理,包括合同保管、存档、借阅等工作;
5. 协助组织公司各种活动,客户来访接待各项事宜的安排;
6. 负责办公环境维护等管理工作,为业务部门提供必要的办公设施及其他后勤支持;
7. 协助总裁办组织、监督业务计划的制定和执行
8. 协助总裁办组织、监督半年度业务的经营总结
9. 协助总裁办执行公司层面的项目管理,并组织每月管理例会
10. 其他相关事务

任职条件:
1. 行政管理、企业管理等相关专业本科学历
2. 两年以上企业行政主管工作经验,熟悉证照办理流程;
3. 工作责任心与主动性强,良好的组织协调及沟通能力,稳重踏实,较强的分析、解决问题能力;
4. 能熟练操作word、excel、PPT等办公软件;
5.英语能力良好

Job Responsibilities:
1. To enact, modify and optimize the related administrative systems, complete and refine office management systems and business processes;
2. To manage fixed assets (procurement management, inventory management);
3. To manage and control the monthly administrative expense, to coordinate the property company , green plants and express.
4. To manage various contracts, including contract storage, archiving and borrowing;
5. To organize various activities, to arrange customers visiting;
6. To manage the office environment, to provide the necessary office facilities and other logistical support for the business sector;
7. To assist CEO to organize and supervise the enactment and execution of the business plan;
8. To assist CEO to organize and supervise the business operations of semi-annual summary;
9. To assist CEO to implement the company-level project management and organize monthly management meeting;
10. Other related matters

Job Requirements;
1. Bachelor degree in administration, business management or related field;
2. More than two years working as an admin supervisor or CEO assistant, be familiar with file management and the process of licenses;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good ability of organization and coordination, well communication skills, be surefooted, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
4. Be proficient in word, excel, PPT and other office software;
5.Good English skills will be a plus.
