职位描述：
A. Responsibility:

1. Work with PD team into the New Product Development process to assure
Quality requirements (international standards, regulations, laws safety requirements, aesthetical requirements, etc.) are fully and correctly addressed during the design stage;
？ 1) Conduct product functionality , safety & reliability test for both outside and factory in different NPD stage and take part in problem solving when testing failed;
？ 2) Mass production lines established with enough process capability and capacity;
2. Work with Merchandiser team for test requirement, test quote and improvement if needed;
3. Work with Packaging department on the package QA review and comment;
4. Create and maintain Test Specification Protocol;
5. Review all test sample and comment for improvement with factory if any;
6. Work with 3rd party lab and follow up generic and client specific test progress and reports;
7. Make a smooth transition from engineering stage to Mass Production stage；
1) Jointly create inspection instruction specification/protocol;
？ 2) Documents hand over;
？ 3) Communicate with QC team for product specification & quality requirement as well as the quality problems.
4) First lot inspection with QC together.
8. Coordinate with PD/QC/Merchandiser for sample approval (FEP and inspection sign off etc.)
9. Work with Shipping department/Merchandiser department for the CPC/GCC creation;
10. Drive key suppliers implement chemical control program, train the factory on the test requirement;
11. Work with accounting department for test invoice payment settlement;
12. Assist the supervisor/ manager on the customer complaint handle.
13. Other task assigned by the supervisor

B. Qualification and requirement:

1. Fluent in English (written and oral) and Mandarin (written and oral). Can read/write testing standard/protocol in English.
2. Free use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Familiar with one of Children Products, Toys with related standards (ASTM F963/EN71/CHPA/CPSIA) is a must.
5. More than 5-year working experience in Quality Assurance related field is a must.
6. Good understanding and practice on Quality prevention, Quality improvement is a must.
7. Self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules, with frequent traveling in China.
8. Working experience for TRU, K-mart, Walgreen, CTC, and CTS etc. will be a plus.
