职位描述：
1. Support customer via hotline, Remote Service, Wechat to Solve machine problems.
2. Support service engineers in terms of electrical problems.
3. Troubleshooting and maintenance of corrugated machines at customer site
4. Advising / recommendation on spare parts, maintenance and other service products to customer.
5. Train customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge.
6. Support internal staff on service daily business，such as spare parts issue, machine problem advice, upgrade and so on.
7. Prepare report according to department regulations.
8. Maintain customer relationship
9. Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
1. Electrical engineering background, college above.
2. 3 years above field experience of on-site installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines in multi-national company.
3. Be able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and conscientious。
4. Willing to travel
5. Being able to work shifts.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Good English spoken and written.
8. Open mind and team work.
