职位描述：
? Ensure appropriate and timely follow up of the assigned tasks - preparation, distribution, and follow up till completion
? Assist Technologist/Sr. Technologist to provide Seasonal block information to suppliers and blocks during sample development to drive consistent fit and sizing.
? Evaluate samples assigned by Manager, Sr. technologist and technologist (from development through final sealed samples to production), ensuring that all samples meet buyers expectation in regard to construction, fit and workmanship.
? Maintain close communication with suppliers, retail technical teams and cross functional teams
? Working with Technical, PD & Sourcing across all offices to achieve consistent quality and fit.
? Handle Business unit administration requirements
? Sample management, following agreed SOPs. Scope determined by market. Including, but not limited to, pre-screening of fit samples, sealing, liaising effectively with suppliers and customers to ensure rejection comments are clearly understood, and timely resubmission of fit samples and approval of the same within the agreed T&A.
? Checking patterns meet block requirements and confirmation of grading.
? Keep accurate records of submissions, results, actions and resolutions. Daily WIP updates of assigned category.
? Build strong relationship with retail market technical team to understand workflow, brand identity and aesthetics plus any new initiatives, projects or policies related to the department.
? Timely escalation of issues to CF business partners, suppliers and customers as they arise, to enable immediate resolution.
? Contribute to regular hind-sighting and participate in root cause analysis, in order to drive continuous improvement.
? Provide technical support to retail markets as needed to create/update block specifications to maintain a basic block library.
? Compile relevant business reports and recaps to better understand and manage the business.
? Keep Technical reports up to date & report back on a weekly basis any problem with supplier meetings or progress. (WIP, BTR – Mexico , sample log, Request list – Seiyu, etc)
? Take pictures of original samples, development samples and file them accordingly with sample/ market scope
? Translate documents for department when required
? Schedule meetings with suppliers, book meeting rooms & attend when required.
? Weekly technical meeting to schedule & document with minutes & send out on format used weekly
? Compile information, consolidate, organize, formulate spreadsheet and filters for manager’s studies and analysis.
? Arrange transportation, hotel booking and train ticket booking for technical trip and factory visit.

Qualifications
? Basic knowledge of pattern making and/or garment construction preferred.
? Aptitude for/capacity to learn about new product categories
? Basic knowledge of fabric characteristics/performance and how it impacts fit, aesthetics, construction and quality (performance/durability).
? Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft office (excel spreadsheet, word, power point). Aptitude for/capacity to learn new software technology tools, to broaden capability.
? Analytical, with good and problem solving ability.
? An eye for detail
? Able to handle multiple tasks in organized manner, with a sense of urgency
? Good interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written English). 举报 分享
