职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责接待访客，负责电话总机服务、前台接待、客人来访迎送等招待工作；
2.协助人事安排面试，接待候选人，处理考勤事宜；
3.收发快递、信件，管理公司办公用品的发放与领用；
4.协助维护办公环境及秩序；
5.协助公司后勤保障工作及日常维护；
6.配合完成上级交付的其他行政人事事务；

职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，一周至少三天到岗，行政、人力资源在校生优先；
2.熟练使用操作office软件,
3.英文的听、说、读、写能力较强；
4.性格开朗，细心，能承担较高的工作压力；
