Key Responsibilities：

1.Communicate with project team to confirm the designing plan. Responsible for the successful and on time completion of cost effective new products design and development, and follow the new products sample manufacturing and approval. Responsible to integrate quality, manufacturability and costs into new product design.

2. Project effective management to make sure the developing projects and schedule can succeed in. Scheduling design team assignments. Approve the engineering drawings, approve the samples, and make schedule, standard;

3. Manage and supervise the team members’ daily work, coach them and manage their performance to match the targets.

4. Cost controlling according to company strategy and project requirement;

5. Design and develop for display fixtures and relative parts, make development schedule, tracking all the status and push the process;

6. Confirm with project manager/engineer for the drawing/construction/sample/color/issues and products specifications, such as product material, packing, finishing processing, and other information etc., support project quotation.

7. Handle customers’ enquiry and complaints about product drawing, submit effective solution;

8. Preparing sample and testing structure intensity/color/paint to meet customer’s sample requirement, confirm the color and finishing with color standard and complete product SOP；

9.Establish developing system to support continuous quality improvement, production efficiency improvement and cost down.

10. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Qualification：

Above 10 years Engineering experience in projects of furniture, display fixtures or architecture industry.

5 years working experience in Management level position or relevant position.
B.S. or above, major in product design or Mechanical Engineering.

Fluent communication skill in English.
