Job Summary:
Responsible for Training for Roche Diagnostics China.
Analyze training needs of the company
Implement the training program
Evaluate the programs' effectiveness
5. Monitor the post-training Action plan's implementation
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Organize the company's training activities in accordance with the organization's learning and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees, ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, within established budget, and in accordance with the company's policies and standards
Analyze and identifies the training needs of the company and its employees and develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the company
Perform training audit to evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous enhancement on training activities/projects.
Co-develop, deliver, and evaluate training programmer and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the company's current and future requirements
Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement training plans that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the company's overall training strategy
Work together with Program Development Manager to select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and training providers to ensure that the company receives satisfactory standards of service
Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the company's training activities remain current and relevant
Education& Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree majored in Business Administration related fields
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
3. Good command of MS office software application
4. Familiar with local labor law
Experience:
Over 6 years of relevant experience, preferably 3 years' or above in MNC environment
