职位描述：
Responsibility
? Impact the bottom line: Work to achieve operational efficiency, performance, and financial metrics
? Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
? Control risk: Lead risk management initiatives; oversee BCP planning, testing, and activation
? Drive forward: Grow current business and win new clients through process improvement projects
? Keep aligned: Conduct regular audits and reporting; ensure compliance with all organizational and contractual policies and procedures
? Set the path to success: Partner with and support HR with hiring, on-boarding, training, and implementing employee engagement activities
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Post-graduate degree and certifications (preferred)
Experience Requirements: 5+ years BPO experience, inclusive of 2 years in an Operations Director capacity

? Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
? Be persuasive in communicating and presenting the scope of Sutherland’s products to industry prospects
? Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
? Have a proven track record or meeting and exceeding quota and targets
