职位描述：
Responsibilities：
岗位职责：
- Lead Supplier mechanical parts quality improvement efforts. Mechanical parts includes MV/HV cabinet, fastener, Insulation sheet and profile etc. Analyzing failures, prioritizing, and determining action plans.
- 领导供应商机械部件质量改进工作。机械部件包括mv/hv柜、紧固件、绝缘板和型材等。分析故障、优先级和确定行动计划。
- Participate in supplier selection and improvement processes. Responsibilities include leading on-site audits, coordinating the evaluation of prototypes, and reviewing and approving supplier corrective actions.
- 参与供应商选择和改进过程。职责包括领导现场审计，协调对原型的评估，以及审核和批准供应商的纠正措施。
- Provide technical support for Assembly / Test / Inspection. Typical duties include developing and executing workmanship improvements plans, developing inspection methods and criteria, specifying appropriate sampling plans, interpreting and revising specifications, conducting training on quality concepts and tools and processing non-conforming material.
- 为装配/测试/检查提供技术支持。典型的职责包括制定和执行工艺改进计划，制定检验方法和标准，指定适当的抽样计划，解释和修改规范，对质量概念和工具进行培训，以及处理不合格的材料。
- Facilitate the resolution of customer quality issues through 8D report.
- 通过8D报告促进客户质量问题的解决。
Qualification：
资质：
- Profess. Knowledge
- 具备专业知识
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Design, Material science and engineering with five years manufacturing/Design. Has quality engineering experience will be preferred.
- 本科学历，机械设计，材料科学和工程专业，5年制造/设计。有质量工程经验者优先。
- Experience of drawing 3D and 2D.
- 2D/3D绘图经验
- Experience of manufacturing process on metal parts
- 金属零件制造工艺经验
- Knowledge on GB/IEC/UL standards.
- 有GB/IEC/UL标准知识
- Knowledge on ISO9000, VDA 6.3, 8D etc.
- 有ISO9000, VDA 6.3, 8D知识
