Position profile：
This position reports to the Managing Director, Leading a team with 2-3 members to direct all information technology and network system deployment and maintenance including all IT infrastructure, wireless communications, PC systems, local networks and mobile environment for the company. Research and implement new solutions that are capable of enhancing business productivity or reducing expenses.

Tasks and Responsibilities：
- Maintain, update and support business LAN network cabling, fiber optics, switches, routers and various network devices.
- Oversee deployment, configuration and repair of servers, desktops, laptops, telecommunications, security cameras, door access controls, and printing equipment.
- Deploy and administer user policies, rights and permissions. Set up and configure security systems, anti-virus, and firewalls to stop potential intrusions. Ensure business continuity, full data backup, recovery and system redundancy.
- Plan and install various business applications and software modules with oversight of initial user training and support.
- Contact/work with IT headquarter & other sister companies, maintain MPLS VPN connection to them, tracking and communicating issues/project progresses and results to all participants.
- Provide leadership and vision for the IT department include strategic planning of information system.
- Helps with the SAP implementation and ongoing maintenance of the current Infor Visual ERP system.
- Responsible for database administration (using SQL Server, Postgresql, DB2, or other relational database), data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting.
- Develop small automatic data processing & visualization tool by use of programming languages such as Ruby, Python or VBA according to the requirements.
- Managing the IT related purchase and investments. Negotiating with suppliers for best price.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor or above in IT related or Industrial Technology or Electronic Engineering
- Several years` experience in manufacturing company, with good ability of analyzes independently and network trouble shooting.
- Proficient in wide range of areas in relation to Windows Domain network, Linux system, Microsoft Mail Exchange server, VMware VSphere server virtualization tech.
- Be familiar with ERP/SAP system, Good programming skills in object-oriented development is preferred.
- Have IT security expertise and experience.
- Ability to take initiative in integrating existing methods with new innovations, strong
analytical skills and attention to detail are needed.
- Ability to communicate bilingually and effectively both orally and in writing.
