职位描述：
The Quality Assurance / Quality Control manager oversees the strategic and operational quality assurance / control functions of the supply chain in China and aims to ensure that the products and supply chain services ITC provides are fit for purpose, are consistent, and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal, social as well as customer compliance and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Quality
     ? Know and understand the fashion accessories products quality control process from product development stage to product delivery stage.
     ? Ensure all suppliers understand and strictly respect our ITC quality procedures to guarantee our products are up to ITC lobal standards.
     ? Supervise ITC’s quality inspection and production control systems and procedures.
     ? Manage the QC Inspectors staff.
     ? Be the daily quality coordinator between our suppliers, internal sales teams and ITC’s customers to ensure a clear and transparent quality tracking / follow up with each running project.

2. Regulatory
     ? Know and understand the European / American products regulatory rules (directives and standards).
     ? Ensure all suppliers understand, implement and strictly respect these regulatory rules to guarantee our products are 100% compliant to customer global requirements.
     ? Coordinates testing of products and materials with notified bodies (i.e. SGS, Intertek, or other local lab).

3. Supplier Compliancy
     ? Coordinate, implement and supervise quality audits, regulatory audits and social audits of suppliers’ factories with or without support of external agency of ITC’s customers.
     ? Regularly visit suppliers’ factories to ensure they maintain / improve their quality, regulatory and social levels according to the most updated requirements.
     ? Supervise and follow up the suppliers' contracts with support of our China legal team.

4. Eco certification
     ? Implement a strict quality assurance system within a transparent supply chain on incoming materials and chemical application-­related processes to remove all the restricted harmful substances from the very beginning without deviating from the original design, thus, avoiding any contamination during the manufacturing process to acquire a eco certification (carbon foot print) of the ITC eco collection.

the strict rules to our suppliers and internal teams.
   ? Detail oriented, to make sure every detail of our product is 100% compliant.
   ? Good communication skills and effectively communicate with overseas offices, customers and PRC vendors and factories.
   ? Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
   ? Strong integrity and professional ethics.
   ? Self-­discipline, good team player, self­-motivated.
   ? Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
