工作职责：
? Drive new efficiency projects with our supplier base
? Assist in developing new team in industrial engineering
? Network with global stakeholders and production markets

In the H&M Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability.

As an Industrial Engineer, your main focus will be to secure our business growth in an efficient way by securing the right capacity with our local and regional suppliers.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:

? You will work with manufacturers to improve their efficiency and productivity
? Help increase productivity and efficiency by setting up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
? Provide guidelines to our new vendors and our existing vendors
? Determine our Standard Minute Value (SMV) and set up achievable production targets
? Conduct time studies and establish a data base for costing and work content analysis

Who will you work with?

In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in [Shanghai]. You will report to the Capacity Assurance Manager and interact regularly with Sourcing, Business & Supply Chain teams, our external suppliers as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
