职位描述：
Objectives of the Position
? Expertise in the application programming and parameter adjustment. Able to simulate color, defects or customer lines to fulfill the customers’ requests and BASF safety & quality standard

Main Tasks
? Ensure all activities to meet BASF standards of EHS, 5S and QM
? Responsible for own safety and care about safety of co-workers as well, the detail information please see the EHS responsibility description
? Handle application programming proficiently and familiar with application parameter adjustment;
? Simulate the color & paint defect for customer in application lab;
? Involve into the projects and provide expertise support for the line trial or line activities;
? Cooperate with different departments, e.g., account, lab, production, SCM and so on for the business success;
? Color transfer from booth to booth;
? Application program setting for different requirement, such as DOE work relocation;
? Provide trouble shooting in the customer lines when required;
? Professionally compile the test plan, analysis file and work report;
? Spray parameters optimization in application lab & customer line;
? Maintain ARS system.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
? Education: bachelor degree with at least 2 years’ working experience, or master in chemical or mechanical engineering field
? Working Experience: 2 years’ experience in chemical related field, automotive coating field preferred
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: EHS knowledge; Spirit of team work; Chemical operation skill; Mechanical facility operation skill
