职务描述：

1. Provide maintenance department technical
support to resolve mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems from gluing
and potting applications in workshop;

提供维修部门技术支持, 解决车间点胶和灌胶使用中的机械故障或者突发的维护问题;

2. Development of solutions to
match the applications of gluing and potting technologies, possibility research
and optimized process qualification.

点胶/灌胶设备工艺解决方案的开发, 可行性及最优化工艺的研究和鉴定.

3. Support project to make the
gluing and potting system selection and configuration (dispensing range, repeatability,
etc), including confirm the relative requirements of customer from project, estimate
the cost of the gluing and potting system and service, implement the technical
specification;

支持项目完成点胶和灌胶系统的选型(工作范围, 重复精度等), 包括从项目处确认相关客户要求, 预估点胶和灌胶系统及售后费用, 完成技术规范;

4. Analysis of sources of error or
low first pass yields and determination of causes in context with equipment, processes
used and establishment of measures for their elimination; determination of
optimization possibilities to ensure process reliability, minimize reject
production and increase quality;

分析误差来源或低的一次通过率，然后根据设备和实施过程确定原因，并建立消除措施；确定优化的可能性来确保过程的可靠性，减少废品生产和提高产品质量;

5. Conduct research on new gluing
and potting technologies;

点胶和灌胶技术的研究以寻求新技术;

6. Create back-ups of programs or parameters;

创建程序或者参数的备份；

7. Participate in the pre-acceptance
and final acceptance of new projects to debug the gluing and potting system in
supplier companies (interior or external supplier) or in Hella plants;

参加在供应商处或者海拉工厂的新项目预验收和终验收, 调试点胶和灌胶系统(国内或者国外供应商);

8. Take the leadership for the
technical qualification of new gluing and potting suppliers in Asia;

领导亚洲地区新的点胶和灌胶供应商的技术资格确认;

9. Continuously training to
manufacturing engineers and TPM technicians in the special area;

在专业领域不断培训制造工程师和TPM技术人员；

10. Participate in the regular
Hella technology network meeting (Polymers) with specialists from other Hella
plants to define and unify the relative technical specifications of gluing and
potting applications.

定期参加海拉(Polymer)网络技术会议, 和其它工厂的专家一起定义和统一相关点胶和灌胶技术规范;

11. Technical support other Hella
plants in Asia the application of gluing and potting.

技术支持其它亚洲的海拉工厂的点胶和灌胶应用;

Necessary
requirements

必要条件：

1. Bachelor degree or above,
majoring in automotive engineering, electronic or mechanical engineering;

本科以上学历，主修自动化工程, 电气或者机械工程;

2. Min 3 years of relevant working
experience on the application and development of gluing and potting system.

至少3年点胶和灌胶系统开发相关工作经验.

3. Solid knowledge of electric equipment
and PLC using experience

拥有扎实的设备电气知识和PLC经验；

4. Familiar with the gluing and
potting equipment from Europe or America is preferred;

熟悉欧美点胶和灌胶设备的优先;

5. Working understanding of
statistics/Six Sigma certification desirable;

理解统计学，六西格码优先；

6. Ability of independent analysis,
judgment and problem solving;

具备独立思考, 判断及问题解决的能力；

7. Good oral, written
communications skills;

具备良好的口头表达能力和书面技巧；

8. Fluent in English. German
language skill is preferable;

拥有流利的英语，会德语者优先;
