Scope of Position

With eyes focused squarely on the future, the Digital Project Manager will act as a catalyst in laying out the technology roadmap of the core product lines and enacting it. This role provides a digital technology vision and leadership for the planning, prioritization, and eventual operationalization of the core product lines. The role requires a collaborative but decisive maker with the ability to recognize and assess situations and communicate to effect smart solutions.


Job Description
- Lead technology project management with a focus on understanding and evaluating trends in both software and hardware, on a technical level.
- Build technical and feature roadmap and timing across product lines, through the involvement of subject matter experts internally.
- Collaborate closely with partners and technology providers to progress our technology roadmap.
- Recommend internal technology strategies, policies, and procedures that remove potential roadblocks and allow us to become more agile and proactive.
- Keep track of deadlines and all resources involved in the Project to maximize efficiency and ensure company targets are reached.
- Successful candidates will be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge through professional development.
- Challenge our current ways of working and strive to remove barriers and create efficiency.
- Be ready to work with internal and external stakeholders and challenge/build on current software, systems, and processes.

Job Requirements
- Have in-depth digital technical knowledge in areas of e-commerce, mobile, web, and emerging technologies.
- Previous experience with project management of e-commerce or large-scale software systems (SaaS preferred).
- Experience in product management and software development.
- Strong project management subject matter expertise.
- Excellent agency and partner management skills.
- Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and team members across the globe both in person and virtually.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus
