职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for automation rigs mechanical structure design, concept design according to customers' requirement and specification
2. Estimate customized automation rigs design cost and manufacturing cost, responsible for the selection of commercial parts and instruments
3. Responsible for 2D/3D mechanical drawings and manufacturing drawings design for customized automation rigs , release BOM for purchasing and relevant design files archiving
4. Responsible for mechanical parts assembly, working with electrical engineers and software engineers to complete system integration, supporting production line debugging process for technical guidance, coordination and communication
5. Communicate effectively work with foreign colleagues, good at oral English communication skill.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
2. Familiar with Solid works and 2D drawing, Pro/Engineer and Pro/Intra link/Windchill Agile is a plus
3. At least five years’ experience (master need 3+ years working experience) in mechanical, automated and high volume manufacturing environment. Fixture, auto, semi-auto assembly, design experience
4. Experience in geometric dimensioning/tolerance of components and assemblies
5. Have a basic understanding of rapid prototyping techniques to expedite the fabrication of designs to support R&D, Process or production
6. Creative and proactive self-starter with a pronounced ability to work independently
7. Good at logic thinking, communication and have team work spirit
8. Pass CET-6 certificate or above, excellent oral and written English skills is required. Can work with foreign colleagues for conference-call with them 举报 分享
