职位描述：
Purpose of position职位目的: (Overall contribution to corporate goals)
? Supplier management: Supplier evaluation, supplier audits, supplier development, lean activities, cost-of-non quality, stable production processes (process capability), onsite release
? Customer support: Complaint handling, certificates, technical support, onsite support
? Product project: support of projects to improve existing products, e.g. cost improvement, technical improvement, portfolio extension
? Process optimization: optimize Hilti internal and external processes

Key Tasks:
? Manage quality assurances aspects of defined suppliers
? Drive continuous improvement activities focusing on supplier quality
? Perform supplier quality audits and management of the supplier corrective action process
? Support product development and transfer into production to ensure process capability exists and product requirements are understood
? Coordination of product complaints and initiation of product improvements
? Pro-active monitoring of product quality on the market

Accountability:
? Professional execution and closing of Supplier Audits
? Sufficient product complaint handling including market communication
? Final quality release (QE/QN/QA-status)
? Hazard Risk Analysis, risk management
? Aligned inspection methods 举报 分享
