Client Support- Asia Pacific Region
Job description
1. 负责对远东地区各销售公司（包含上海，香港, 韩国分公司）及亚太地区各销售公司（包含新加坡，印度，澳大利亚等）的销售支持，作为欧洲工厂与远东亚太地区各销售公司的沟通桥梁。
Be responsible for supporting sales companies in Far East and Asia Pacific region, including group subsidiary in China, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Singapore, Australia etc. To act as the sales support of entitled sales companies in liaison with manufacturing center in Europe.
2. 在上述地区销售人员提出技术或商务问题时，包括各类询价，方案的出具及整理等，应初步出具技术方案并及时与欧洲工厂的技术部门或运营部门联系，参与技术方案的完善并报价。
Preparing technical proposals if required by sales companies in the region, keep in communication with manufacturing center in Europe to finalize the technical proposal and commercial terms as well. Draft quotations according to proposals finalized with manufacturing center.
3. 协助上述地区销售公司的订单执行，并随时与欧洲工厂运营部门保持联系以便及时掌握生产的进度。
Support sales companies in the region to process the order to manufacturing center, keep communication with operation & technical dept in manufacturing center to ensure the lead time.
4. 协助各销售公司在订单交付后的技术澄清，更改等要求。
Support all sales companies in clarifying technical details or specifications with manufacturing center if required.
5. 协助部门经理处理国际大客户的项目沟通及执行。
Support Team Leader to handle Key Account in the region to ensure projects moving well.
6. 按部门经理及地区总监的要求，负责跟踪执行相关的项目.
Additional jobs from Team Leader and Regional Director regarding projects following up and processing will be required.
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree holder of Mechanical or Electrical, Automation, above qualification will be a plus.
2. More than 5 year working experience in sales or technical support for industry products, candidates have experience with technical support will be a plus.
3. Good English both in oral and written. Skills with Italian will be a plus.
4. Positive and sprit of term-cooperation.
5. Fluent PC skills.
6. Willing to take challenge.
