Retail Marketing Manager-LCS (LEGO Certified Store)

Are you an expert in retail marketing who is passionate about providing the excellent shopper experience and service?
Here’s a fantastic opportunity for you to be a part of our China Marketing team in the LEGO® Group to help to expand our LEGO China LCS channels. The purpose of this role to ensure that the LEGO Group can sustain commercial momentum so that our Brand can inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow while inventing the future of play.

Responsibilities
Store development and upgrade:
? Be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of new store openings and store upgrades by implementing innovative and high impact store designs and solutions - grounded in shopper insights - the position will ensure that we build the LEGO brand/product presence in-store aligning with global standard;
? Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. field sales, KAM, property function, etc) on site acquisition, property management, exit, etc.;
? Will focus on LCS channel
Shopper experience and services:
? Drive consumer engagement in 3rd party retail through retail activation of campaigns and products in 3rd party retail channels based on marketing and customer business plans;
? Develop shopper/consumer engagement activities by focusing on hands on experience with LEGO bricks
? Explore new opportunities by leveraging customer/retailer/landlord resources
Visual merchandising management:
? Be responsible for the development and the creative direction of all aspects of the in-store visuals, covering in-store visual merchandising, displays and planograms;
? Deliver full scope of planogram solutions from development to evaluation and adjustment;
? Ensure the brand image in market is aligned with the China strategy and reflects at the same time the market needs.

We’re looking for a team play who has:
? 6+ years in retail marketing or trade marketing
? Bachelor’s degree, MBA/Master is preferred.
? Experiences in leading MNCs in Consumer Goods and Retail industries
? Experiences in working in organizations with global matrix
? Flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
? Ability to work independently as well as in teams
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Willing to travel at reasonable frequency level
