Job Descriptions
1. Take a key supporting role in the FSSC set up, including overall financial
operational process, SOP preparation and SLA implementation, work closely with
ATS (“Accounting and Tax Services”) and IT teams from the Head office.
2. Be responsible for overall accounting and tax process according to SOP and SLA;
3. Be responsible for financial reporting accuracy and completeness.
4. Supervise team members’ daily operations and working results.
5. Coach team members in accounting and tax services.
6. Maintain customer relationship well and provide answers to general questions
from customers and tackle customers’ feedbacks.
7. Assist ATS Dept head in various projects of FSSC management in order to
streamline the service processes with customers.
Requirements
1. Finance and accounting background with bachelor's degree or above.
具备良好的财务会计专业背景，本科学历以上。
2. Above 5~8 years solid financial working experiences in WOFE, Manufacture or FSSC
experiences will be preferred.
5～8 年以上扎实的外企财务工作经验, 有制造业、财务共享服务中心经验者
优先考虑。
3. Familiar with overall accounting process and FSSC process, which should cover AP,
AR, Inventory, GL, Reporting and Tax.
熟悉全盘会计操作及财务共享服务中心的流程操作，其中包括应付、应收、
存货、总帐、报表及税务。
4. Familiar with PRC tax regulations and practices, familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS.
熟悉中国税务法规及实务，熟悉中国会计准则及国际会计准则。
5. Familiar and be with working experiences with ERP system, e.g. UFIDA, SAP.
熟悉并具备ERP 操作经验，如用友ERP, SAP.
6. Good leadership and interpersonal skill for internal and external communication.
具有领导能力及良好的人际沟通能力。
7. Fluent in English both in verbal and written.
英语（书面及口语）表达流利。
