职位描述：
1. General description

Position: Quality Supervisor
Area of responsibility: Kongsberg Wuxi
Superior: Quality Manager Kongsberg, Wuxi
Locations: Wuxi, China
Subordinates:QE & Inspectors

2. Main objectives

Lead quality team to control product quality according to customer requirements from APQP stage to serial production stage. Control the quality performance in process and be responsible for customer complaints. Keep the quality performance in a high level by implementing continuous improvements to fulfil or even surpass customer expectation.


3. Main responsibility

? Organize quality team to know and maintain company’s policies on quality/environment/safety. Implement defined procedures under the guide of quality procedure documents.
? Work out related procedure definitions and other documentations. Implement surveillance on the actual effectiveness and make improvement if needed.
? Be in charge of quality planning for new products, responsible for PPAP preparation & submission. Tracking the status of assigned tasks including QA and other relevant departments.
? Organize product audit / process audit, participate quality management system audit. Report the running status of quality team to quality manager.
? Internal quality control, be responsible for quality issues solving and tracking the status with 8D report. Organize quality meetings to review quality performance routinely.
? Manage labelling & traceability on products.
? Continuous improvement for good quality performance, track the status of KPIs completion.
? Provide assistance and trainings to fellows, implement monthly review on their routine work to know the status and make assessment on the performance.

5. Competence profile (idealistic)

? Education/ Knowledge:
- College/ University degree
- Be familiar with TS16949
- Good quality management knowledge
- Problems solving skills with full experience.

            
                                               
? Practical experience
- Minimum 3 year of experience in quality management position in automotive industry.
- Good problem solving skills
- Ever deal with customer complaint, especially with OEMs.
- Self-motivated mentality.


? Skills requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English both oral & written
- Logical thinking and skilful communication
- Strict & fast execution for established goals is essential
- Professional & systematic quality issue solving skill
- Be able to implement internal audit
- Capable to provide quality trainings to team
- Certificate of TS16949
- Knowledge of ISO14001
- Knowledge of EHS
