职位描述：
OVERVIEW
1. Drive & grow the business of cable assembly product line in China with good understanding of market trend and the requirements from customers.
2.Develop and manage product roadmap of cable assembly in China by translating market demand/voice of customer to product ideas in accordance with the Strategy Plan.
3.Secure market leading margin/OI and maximum sales revenue within assigned GPL

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work as the leader for assigned GPL new business arrangement between sales/source.
2. HEMS sales support for existing GPL, such as: total solution preparation, sale promotion, C-drawing and cost setup, sample delivery, etc.
3. Work as the core team leader before G3.
4. Work as leader for existing & transfer business maintenance like: capacity improvement, cost improvement, etc.
5. Communicate with TE global HEMS team to solve local sales issues like: drawing, sample delivery, ECN, technical issue, etc. 6. Support for China HEMS cable assembly product roadmap setup & implementation.
6. Marketing communication support like: Tech Day, display board, promotion documents, etc.
职位要求:
? Undergraduate/Master degree in engineering or similar.
? 3-5 years of product or project management experience especially in related technology/fields.
? Excellent communication skills & fluent oral English.
