岗位职责
1、网站设计和运营维护中的设计工作；
2、网站的FLASH和GIF动画设计制作；
3、网站发展中涉及到的视频处理和片头动画。

任职资格
1、具有美术设计或艺术类相关专业大专或以上学历，应届毕业生亦可；
2、有全面精通应用Photoshop、Flash、Illustrator、CorelDraw等软件的能力；

3、熟悉div+css布局，熟悉Javascript，JQuery框架；
4、具有较高的平面设计表现力和创意能力；
5、具备较强的网络动画广告设计能力。
