职位描述：
职位名称：财务助理兼行政
职位要求：
1.英语良好，可跟外籍同事进行日常口语交流（不要求证书）。
2.一年以上财务相关工作经验，熟悉基本财务记账流程，熟悉基本办公软件。
3.脾气好，与人和善。办事稳重，注重细节。


工作内容：
1.输入数据库中的金融事务的关键数据，准备和维护会计/公司的文件和记录，向我们合作财务公司提供会计记账相关文件。
2.及时协调银行账户，做简单的公司人民币部分财务打款。
3.负责办公室的行政事务(包括前台接待、办公用品的采购，办公室内物品的保修与维护等）。
4.配合所有同事的工作顺利进行。
