职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for credit risk assessment and regular updates on customer credit files;
2、Monitor the DSO, credit limit, payment term, overdue accounts and the receivable provision to provide the early warning signal to the local management team and HQ in Germany;
3、Review from time to time the internal and external environments to recommend to management an effective corporate credit policy;
4、Manage the financial leasing business procedure, communicate with financial leasing companies.
5、Take credit decisions up to a certain amount for new and existing accounts and contributes to decision making on credit management aspects above a specified level
6、Make bad debts provision based on systematic AR data analysis

Qualification:
1、University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
2、Minimum 5 years' solid experience in a supervisory position of credit management, preferably in industrial trading company. Financial Leasing business experience is a plus;.
3、Strong analytical mind and sensitive to market/economic environment, Good communications and interpersonal skills;
