职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1.Lead a team to provide product technical support for NPI builds
2.Review the new product design in R&D phase and provide preliminary analysis for test yield improvement plan
3.Support engineering debug/rework failed parts during NPI builds
4.Perform related data analysis, experiments (DOEs) and study to address product technical issues from costumers, process engineering and manufacture
5.Debug team responsible for investigation the root causes of failures (the failures may be caused by production process, incoming materials and design) and summarize reports
6.On-site support at customer site for debug during engineering development phase
7.Perform trouble shooting processes in case of out-of-control.
8.RMA units failure analysis and repair.
 
Requirements:
1.Master in optical engineering.
2.Optical communication or related company working experience.
3.Be familiar with product or debug engineer responsibilities.
4.Factory or RMA repaired experience is preferred.
5.Good skill in failure analysis report generated.
6.Good skill in communication with engineering and customer.
7.Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
