HR Specialist DSAP -Recruitment
Type: 1 year contractor
Report to: HR Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provide expert knowledge and advice to HR manager and organization within HR processes that will contribute to the development of business and people and to contribute to IKEA as the leading home furnishings company in the local market. Be a contributing resource as trainer/facilitator/expert within the recruitment related processes as well as other HR processes.

ASSIGNMENTS:
? Develop, update, implement and assess recruitment related standards, guidelines and policies according to HR strategy
? Support the business units and HR Manager on recruiting needs; Conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pipeline when needed
? Responsible for recruitment process and system in an active manner so as to attract, retain and motivate qualified candidates to join IKEA, and improve recruitment efficiency
? Be the expert advisory and training specialist for topics related to recruitment
? Manage and evaluate performance of headhunters in order to deliver efficient and good service to IKEA; Manage the relationships with external vendors and work closely with recruitment partners on recruitment issues
? Network within the industry; Perform internal and external benchmark within recruitment area to ensure IKEA has access to the external talent and competences that needed to grow the business
? Responsible for recruitment KPI reporting
? Other tasks assigned by line manager
KNOWLEDGE:
? University degree or equivalent in working experience
? 3-5 years experience in recruitment or related area
? Fluency in English
? Interest in home furnishings.
