职位描述：
Customer Service Function
? Delivering extraordinary customer service by responding enquiries and complaints and fill service gaps accordingly, if any
? Assuring best in class customer satisfaction by supporting telephone surveying to develop and implement service enhancement solutions
? Supporting the Customer Care activity during peak period

Sales and Operations Function
? Supervising frontline staff in handling daily appointment arrangement and management to maximize the utilities productivity of locations
? Assuring service excellence for high customer satisfaction through training and developing frontline competences in daily operations and appointment management, e.g. POS Invoicing, Room Booking etc.
? Maintaining excellent performance standards, including attendance, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality

Qualifications
? Form 5 or above in any discipline
? At least 5 years or above reception or concierge service experience preferably in beauty or skincare centres
? Experience in multiple analytical disciplines including reporting and management information, with the ability to analyze the data and translate into meaningful reports and make recommendations
? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
? Exceptional listening and relationship building skills
? Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
? Ability to learn new techniques, concepts, and systems 举报 分享
