The Challenge
? To assist Sales director, develop and execute marketing strategy, ensure order processing, and follow up with customers, to achieve sales target as stated in the strategic plans.
协助销售总监开拓并执行市场销售战略,确保订单顺利执行,维护好客户关系,以实现公司制订的销售目标。
? Customer relationship maintenance
? It is required to keep close contact with existing customers and provide better services to them, on the other hand, to focus on new customers/projects developments to grasp more business opportunities.
方面要求保持和现有客户的密切联系并能提供更加优质的服务;另一方面要求我们更加关注新客户的开发来抓住更多的市场机遇。
? External & Internal Communication
? External communication:
Contact distributors, end customers for order processing issues, give customer update info from time to time.
在订单执行过程中与代理商,终端客户保持密切的联系,时常更新信息给客户。
? Internal communication:
? Keep good relationship with Production Dep, Application team, Quality team, Finance team, and all the other teams & employees related to sales.
与生产部门,应用团队,质量团队,财务部,以及其他与销售活动有关的团队和个人保持联系和沟通。

The Position
Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任
? Quotation, negotiation, and sales of products directly to customers or through distribution channel in a designated area, achieving the respective budget targets in volume and price.
为客户报价,与客户谈判并将产品直接销售给客户或在指定区域通过经销商渠道进行销售,以达到价格和量的销售预测。
? Serve as the major external interface, drive and assist new customer / business development
作为主要的对外界面,驱动并支持新客户/新业务开发
? To work as prime role to coordinate with distributors/customers for order processing issues
处理好代理商/客户关系,跟进订单处理的每一环节
? Engage customers and gain customer / market / product / application insights via interaction, assist sales director to collecting customer/marketing information, make investigation and analysis to ensure forecast and deliverables
密切关联客户,在同客户的互动中获取关于客户/市场/产品/应用的洞察,协助销售总监收集客户/市场方面信息并更新,调研并分析以保证销售预测的可靠性, 保证发货的及时性
? Gellan gum intelligence gathering and export data analysis
结冷胶市场情报收集和出口数据分析
? Handle customer complaint, including any potential complaints from customer and raise it timely处理客户投诉,包括潜在的客户投诉并及时解决,提高客户满意度
? To support and act on market events like exhibition, seminar, etc. by working with global team. 参加展会,研讨会等业内相关活动
? Knowledge of gellan gum production through training, self-learning, be able to answer customers some basic questions about the production
通过培训,自我学习等方式掌握产品相关基础知识,能够应对客户提出的产品方面的基础问题
? Internal document arrangement and tracing
内部文件整理和追溯
? Perform other tasks assigned by sales director

? Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in administrative support and/or management
