职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司业务发展及部门用人要求，完成所需要的招聘工作指标；
2、负责分析招聘渠道，并通过各种渠道联系合适的候选人；
3、拓展各类社交平台及招聘渠道，满足公司用人需求；
4、负责职位发布、简历筛选、电话邀约，为候选人做面试及初步评估；
5、随时跟进候选人，明确其意向情况；
6、负责根据招聘计划的执行情况不定期的提出招聘工作的改善建议；
7、定期统计汇总各种招聘数据报表；
8、完成上级交办的其它事宜。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，1年以上工作经验；
2、具备良好的语言表达及沟通能力，会使用office 办公软件；
3、工作积极主动，勤恳勤快；
4、人力资源管理相关专业优先考虑。 举报 分享
