Job description工作内容:
Maintain samples library and sample stock, process sample request from sales.
样品及库存的管理，按销售要求寄送样品给客户
Coordinate with sales and other department, to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time.
与销售及其他部分协调，确保订单的完成及准时交付
Issue quotations, place order and follow up payment, delivery, billing & invoicing in system.
通过系统处理报价及订单，跟进付款及交货，协调发票事宜
Data inputs and updates timely in system.
在系统内及时的输入及更新相应数据
Provide clerical and admin support to the team
提供其他商务及行政上的协助
Handle customer complaints (if there is).
处理客户投诉（如有）

Your profile 任职要求：
New graduate or around 1 years' experience.
应届毕业生或1年左右工作经验
Honest, patient, detail-oriented and well-organized.
诚实，有耐心，工作细致，有条理
Open mind and proactive, flexible and willing to learn.
开明主动的工作态度，灵活并乐意学习
Self-motivated and driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
强烈的责任感，积极上进
Good team player, but also could work independently.
能独立开展工作，同时也是善于团队协作
Excellent English skills both in written and verbal
优秀的英语听说读写能力
Good at MS-office software (word/excel/outlook, etc.)
能熟练使用 Office软件
Ready to dedicate for Kvadrat for a long term.

Passion for art or design is a plus.
