职位描述：
- 银行业务处理（包括银行单证的填写）
Good relationship with bank (including familiar with all bank bills and documents)
- 银行凭证的制作
Daily bank vouchers making
- 现金的管理
Cash management
- 开具增值税发票，并在Movex系统中做匹配；
GT invoice issue and match with system invoice in Movex system;
- 每月进项发票的勾选及海关完税凭证的申报；
Complete the choose of Input tax invoice and import VAT;
- 完成每月的收款登记及凭证制作；
Update the AR receiving in the public file and Movex system;
- 协助完成月末的结帐工作
Assist to complete monthly account closing tasks
- 协助完成季度审计工作
Assist to complete quarter review audit tasks
- 年度工商联合年检、外商联合年检
Yearly licenses verify
- 协助完成年度会计报表的制作
Assist to complete yearly financial reports
任职资格
– 大专以上（会计学）
College Degree or above (Account)
– 英语读写能力良好这优先考虑
Good in writing, listening prefered（CET 4 )
– 熟练操作办公室自动化软件
Acquainted with Office system skill. (being familiar with Excel and Work – advantage)
– 诚实、仔细、认真
Be honest/careful
– 有责任心
