职位描述：

Job Description:
- Coordination / Responsibility of First Level Support for our major customers
- Content Data Maintenance in various systems (CMS, PIM system, MAM system, database, etc.)
- Create/design PSD file which meets requirements from CMS and PIM system
- Host and organize customer trainings (online / in person)
- Project management: concepts, plan, controlling and follow up
- Support other project managers in various projects

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above in the fields of Digital Media, Communication Science, IT or similar
- 2+ years of experience in B2B IT platform management and eCommerce fields
- Fluent English in spoken and written is mandatory
- Knowledge of website accessibility, usability, mobile app, social media channels is mandatory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Reader, Photoshop is mandatory
- Knowledge of database and content management system
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferable
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong customer oriented working and communication style
- Strong internet and digital media affinity
- Eager to learn new things and willing to improve yourself
- Self-motivated, actionable, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work
