职位描述：
POSITION KEY FUNCTIONS

1. Serves as in-charged on Environment, Health and Safety matters;
2. Serves as Pollution Control Officer and Health & Safety Officer of the facility;
3. Leads and coordinates the EH&S activities and programs implementation;
4. Provides technical support to line management with respect to legal and regulatory requirements, permits, record keeping, etc.;
5. Advises management on EH&S issues;
6. Analyzes audit trends and location injury trends;
7. Functions as adviser and secretary to Environment, Health and Safety oversight organization;
8. Conducts training and orientation of the employees regarding EH&S matters;
9. Provides support to Training-in-charge in the identification of training requirements and needs concerning EH&S;
10. Educates and monitors outside contractors, in-house facilities projects to determine safety practices such hot-work permits as well as wearing of protective devices;
11. Supports the annual EH&S & Maintenance goals and objectives;
12. Supports the conduct of risk assessment;
13. Assist the facility in coordinating the EH&S teams such as the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Loss Control, Safety audit teams etc.;
14. Attends to and submits EH&S-related requirements of the Corporate and that of the State/Government Agencies, including but not limited to the application and securing/renewal of necessary permits and reports;
15. Monitors the activities pertaining to the installation or construction of pollution source and control facilities to ensure compliance with the air, noise and water quality standards;
16. Supports the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the establishment or agency;
17. Acts as the liaison officer to government agencies and other interested parties on EH&S matters.

18. In all areas of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in maintaining the highest level of integrity in its business dealings with associates, people and organizations wherever we operate to its highest ethical standards;
19. In all areas of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in assuring that appropriate safeguards are in-placed which have direct impact on the Health and Safety of the employees and the Environment.

KEY COMPETENCIES/DESCRIPTION

EDUCATION
College Degree holder, preferably Engineering Graduate

EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years in manufacturing engineering or maintenance
Must have sufficient technical skills and training relative to EH&S

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
Good in verbal & written communication, proactive vision, and good leadership.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Sufficient knowledge regarding EH&S regulatory requirements
Familiar with EH&S Systems (ISO14001, OSHA Standards)
