2. 客户投诉相关不良解析、报告编写和改善追踪；
3. 客户返修失效相关不良解析、报告编写和改善追踪；
4. 新产品相关不良解析、报告编写和改善追踪；
5. 参与改善专项的失效分析，分析不良产生的原因，推进专项改善；
Position Description:
1. Product related failure analysis, report preparation and improvement tracking; especially the analysis of the main board bad reasons.
2. Customer complaint related adverse analysis, report preparation and improvement tracking;
3. Customer repair failure related bad analysis, report preparation and improvement tracking;
4. New product related bad analysis, report preparation and improvement tracking;
5. Participated in the improvement of the special failure analysis, analyzed the causes of the adverse causes, and promoted the special improvement.

工作要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机应用、物理、通讯工程、电子、自动化等理工科相关专业毕业；
2. 熟悉半导体或电脑主板制程及嵌入式模块工艺原理，了解基本的不良现象及原因；
3. 熟悉五大质量工具及QC七大手法的使用；
4. 掌握常用分析仪器的操作方法，如显微镜，AOI和ICT等；
5. 擅长数据分析及处理，能熟练使用PPT、Excel、Access等办公软件；
6. 良好的英语读写能力。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in computer application, physics, communication engineering, electronics, automation, etc.
2. Familiar with the process of semiconductor or computer motherboard and embedded module process, understand the basic bad phenomena and causes;
3. Familiar with the five quality tools and the use of the seven methods of QC;
4. Grasp the operating methods of commonly used analytical instruments, such as microscopes, AOI and ICT;
5. Good at data analysis and processing, proficient in the use of powerpoint, Excel, Access and other office software;
