职位描述：
Position Objective:
Fixed Income APM has to assist Portfolio Manager on managing specific investment portfolios according to respective investment mandate. With solid capability, Fixed Income APM will manage specific investment portfolios independently with career development to Portfolio Manager. Fixed Income APM has to maintain good relationship with all AIA China AMC’s counterparties in order to capture investment opportunities and facilitate investment transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting Portfolio Manager on managing investment portfolios and achieving investment targets and objectives on both annual and long term horizon, such as absolute return with ALM focus for Life portfolios and total return for ILP portfolios. At the same time, APM needs to prudently following all requirements with investment mandate (such as credit, duration, and return target), regulations, and compliance.
- Provide analysis on fixed income market and securities with timely update to Portfolio Manager and Head of Fixed Income
- Prepare regular and special reports on fixed income market conditions, investment strategies, economic review and analysis.
- Assist Portfolio Manager and Head of Fixed Income by providing timely portfolio related information and reports for management discussion.
- Coordinate and participate in regular investment meetings to discuss market events and outlook.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Finance/Accounting/economic, with at least 5 years of fixed income investment portfolio management experience.
- CFA or MBA preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg, Hundsun, Wind and other investment application software
- Strong analytical and decision making skill
- Accountable, efficient, focus, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Great team player
- Proficient comment of spoken and written English in order to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
