主要职责：
1. 在校区内营造以客户为导向的服务氛围和专业的学术环境
2. 招聘、培训和维护中心团队，包括销售、客户服务和行政等部门
3. 向中心员工提供客户反馈和每季度工作表现考核
4. 代表公司形象，提高公司在当地社区的品牌知名度
5. 通过与项目经理合作，确保完成每月的销售目标
6. 汇总质量销售、服务数据和客户调查
7. 管理成本和预算
8. 完成中心的季度指标，并与公司总部的季度指标齐平

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历， 英语优秀；
2.一年以上相关工作经验（有学校管理经验者优先）；

EIC-New Pathway has one of the most successful standardized test preparation programs in Shanghai, China,with a 100% college placement rate, 99% retention rate and over 70% of its students being　accepted to their first choice universities. The company first started operating in December 2009　in Shanghai, China and has quickly grown into a premier test prep academy in multiple locations　including Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and New York, USA.
EIC-New Pathway is dedicated to finding, recruiting, and mentoring the most talented and self-motivated　students between Kindergarten and College levels. We are an aggregator of excellence.
We provide a deeper reach into the education process than previously possible for international　students as well as local Chinese students living in China. One of our goals is to create a national　clearinghouse for Chinese students learning English and applying to American boarding schools,　colleges, and graduate programs. We also plan to be an industry leader in incorporating more　technology into education.
In 2014, New Pathway has successfully closed our merger with EIC Education, one of China’s top　education companies. Over the past five years, New Pathway has expanded from one SAT class in　Shanghai to multiple locations in Shanghai, Beijing, and the US to serve thousands of students and　families from China.
 
EIC-New Pathway will continue to operate independently to serve all of our client’s needs in test prep　and counseling. The reason we decided to join EIC is to improve our own service to our families but　also work as a partner with EIC to expand our services to more families across China.
 
We are excited to join the EIC family as it will allow us to strengthen our services and quality and　maintain our focus on providing the best one-stop educational solution to our families. Joining EIC　will allow New Pathway broader reach as New Pathway will expand its services further in Shanghai　(WuJiaoChang and People’s Square) as well as 1 new center in Beijing, 1 new center in Shenzhen,　1 new center in Hong Kong, and 1 new center in New York over the next 12 months. We will also be　able to provide a wider range of products and services for our customers such as IELTS test　preparation, counseling services for students applying to non-US schools (UK, Australia, etc.), and　more　extracurricular activities and camps for students to participate in.
