New opportunities at Alpha CRC, Shanghai
Alpha CRC, a multinational Globalization Company headquartered in Cambridge, UK, is looking for the following personnel for its Shanghai office.

One Office Manager with experience of office management in the localization, translation or software industries. The ideal candidate should have a localization or translation background as team lead or project manager. Working knowledge of English is essential.

Duties:
? General office management
Act as the official legal representative of Alpha CRC in Mainland China
Sign any official documents on behalf of Alpha CRC
Liaise with current Accounting Company & Landlord
Communicate with HQ regarding Chinese office matters
Initiate salary payments to office staff
Monitor and analyse the performance of staff through regular evaluations
Provide recruitment (interviews, selection of personnel as needed)
Arrange Office Supplies and general Office Admin

? Reporting to Cambridge HQ
General Office Matters
Monthly Reports on Financial Situation (Bank Statements, Payrolls, Revenue Collected, Monthly Expenses)
Input on country budget

? In-house Teams
Managing Daily Production in Shanghai office
Inhouse Team Management
Be responsible for the workforce in Shanghai office

? Relationship with Clients
Management Support of Strategic Accounts
Responding to requests from local clients
Contribute to Marketing Strategy
Support in developing other Vertical Sales activity in China 举报 分享
