职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 协助和确保团队始终提供符合Vital Tea品牌标准的服务
2. 班段内支持和确保团队以品牌标准和配方出产并服务所有的饮品和食品
3. 保持班段内所有健康、安全、清洁标准
4. 解决并处理班段内的顾客投诉并确保满意度，同时报备店经理。
5. 执行门店市场促销活动
6. 承担各项新活力成员的相关职责
7. 由门店经理分配带领班次负责传递品牌标准:
8. 现金管理
9. 按照品牌标准进行开/收档
10. 食物和消耗品的预定
11. 班段内传递符合品牌标准的服务，并追踪团队的执行情况
12. 收/存货
13. 班段内持续对团队提供有效的反馈并分享建议
14. 持续和门店管理培训行政工作的经理保持沟通，并寻找解决方案
15. 乐于激励团队并始终团队合作

岗位要求：
1. 1-2年以上相关行业工作经验
2. 对茶标准充满热情
3. 对培训和指导充满热情
4. 对品牌充满热情
5. 品牌大使
6. 对现有品牌标准有充分的了解
7. 必须通过培训师认证
8. 卓越的沟通技能-口头和书写
9. 良好的组织&追踪技能
