职位描述：
Work with clients, manufacturers and internal teams to ensure bespoke tooling and products are suitable for manufacture and fit for purpose.
Use knowledge and expertise to provide technical and engineering support on both bespoke and standard projects in front of clients.

Function 1:
? Keep abreast of latest available technology, production and engineering processes.
? Work with manufacturers to understand particular limitations and opportunities.
Function 2:
? Work with clients to better understand packaging needs.
? Contribute to bespoke briefs to ensure relevant information is considered.
Function 3:
? Liaise with clients, manufactures and internal teams to during the design and development process to ensure that bespoke packaging products meet the given brief, set requirements, specifications and cost targets.
Function 4:
? Ensure successful handover of designs including use of drawings, specifications, testing requirements, etc.
Ensure risks are adequately identified and negated
Function 5:
? Responsible for establishing processes including protocol for tool validation and product validation. Responsible for developing report and documentation formats
? Responsible for tool validation
? Responsible for testing and validation of products from new tooling.
? Ensure relevant documentation requirements are met
? Ensure regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications / Skills
? 5+ years direct experience in a packaging technical and engineering role.
? Advanced level user of IT applications.
? English (required).
? Other European or Asian languages would be a distinct advantage.
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering

? Excellent technical knowledge of packaging development and production, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical sector.
? Excellent ability for detecting problems and opportunities for improvement and for implementing corrective/preventative action.
? Ability to negotiate with suppliers of goods or services.
? Ability to communicate with representatives at any level or position in a company.
? Proactive approach towards decision making.
? Highly responsible team player
? Good interpersonal skills for working with internal and external clients and partners
? Strong organisational skills
